Styling Shears – 7½"

Denco’s 4301 Styling Shears feature sharp blades and a smooth cutting action. The size is great for blunt cuts, like trimming split ends from long, unlayered hair.

If you're a beginner stylist or you like to trim your family's hair at home, these 7.5" shears are great for making long, blunt cuts.

Comb hair to remove any snarls and, holding the shears horizontally, trim to the desired length. The longer blades will allow you to make straighter, more even lines with fewer cuts. NOTE: Always leave hair a bit longer than you'd like so you have some room to even it out if it looks unbalanced. This is especially true if you're cutting wet hair. Make sure to dry it after you cut so you will have an accurate view of the length and will be able to trim any pieces that you missed.

It's best to keep your shears in a dry environment. If they get wet, dry them with a clean towel. Wipe the blades after use with a dry cloth. If your blades seem to catch when you close them, or if the action is not smooth, turn the screw slightly counter-clockwise to loosen. If the shears are too lose and are bending the hair instead of cutting it, turn the screw slightly clockwise to tighten.
