Toenail Scissors - 4"

Denco’s 3179 Toenail Scissors are made in Italy and feature a longer shank for additional reach. If you like to cut your toenails with scissors but aren’t as flexible as you once were, these scissors will give you excellent cutting results and a little more comfort!

If you have curved toenails that are difficult to clip with a toenail clipper or you like the secure grip and the smooth, clean cut of scissors but you find it hard to bend down to reach your feet, try these long-shank scissors.

1. Wash your feet in warm, soapy water or use after a shower or bath. Clean, softened toenails are the goal. 2. Beginning at one side of your toenail (the right side if you are right handed; the left side if you are left handed), slowly and carefully trim to the desired length. 3. Remember that your toenails should be even with your toe and that you should cut them straight across. Do NOT follow the curve of your toe and cut into the corners, especially on your big toe.

It's best to keep your scissors in a dry environment. If they get wet, dry them with a clean towel. You can also keep the cutting edges clean by wiping them with a towel after use. Swabbing the blades with rubbing alcohol and allowing them to air dry (while open) can help to keep them bacteria-free.
