Denco’s 3554 Wide Jaw Toenail Clipper has a lot of great features for a low price. If you have thick or very curved toenails but want the convenience of a clipper, this style is an excellent choice. The roomy 3 mm jaw opening makes it easier to position your toenails, and the traditional, curved blade allows you to cut with confidence. Plus it’s made of Stainless Steel to prevent rust!
If you have average to thick toenails that don't fit easily between the cutting blades of a standard clipper, are able to bend down to reach your toenails and have no difficulty making a clipping motion with your hand, then this effective and inexpensive tool is a great option for you.
1. Wash your feet in warm, soapy water or use after a shower or bath. Clean, softened toenails are the goal. 2. Starting at one edge of your toenail and finishing at the other end, carefully cut to the length you'd like. 3. Trim your toenails straight across, rather than rounding the corners, to help prevent ingrown toenails.
It's best to keep your clippers in a dry environment. If they get wet, dry them with a clean towel. You can also keep the cutting edges clean by turning the clipper on its side and tapping it gently to remove any toenail clippings.
